Dr Sara Rains DC

Dr. Sara Rains was born and raised in Clemmons, NC. She became interested in chiropractic at a young age after she had a sports injury that was healed by chiropractic care.

She went on to attend UNC Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies and National University of Health Sciences for her chiropractic education. She moved back to Winston-Salem in 2005 with the desire to help others through chiropractic care, and she has been in practice since. She enjoys helping people of all ages optimize their health.In addition to practicing chiropractic, she has a passion for watching and playing sports and loves any outdoor activity. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, especially her husband, Daryl, and her dog, Baxter.
