Dr. Gerren Brittian is the founder and owner of Brittian Chiropractic, a growing multi-location chiropractic organization dedicated to helping patients throughout North Carolina and Georgia achieve healthier, more active lives. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, he is passionate about providing patient-centered care that focuses on relieving pain, restoring function, and improving overall quality of life.

Originally from Newnan, Georgia, Dr. Brittian attended Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training while lettering four years in football and earning All-Conference honors. He later received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. After relocating to Winston-Salem in 2010, Dr. Brittian founded Brittian Chiropractic with a vision of delivering exceptional chiropractic care built on compassion, clinical excellence, and long-term relationships. Today, that vision has grown into a network of clinics serving communities across North Carolina and Georgia.
Dr. Brittian has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, and personal injury cases resulting from automobile accidents. He believes that every treatment plan should be individualized, with an emphasis on educating patients and helping them return to the activities they enjoy as quickly and safely as possible.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Brittian enjoys mentoring the next generation of chiropractors, developing innovative practice systems, and expanding access to high-quality chiropractic care throughout the communities Brittian Chiropractic serves.
